We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all services rendered. Once payment has been received and accepted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as explicitly outlined in the “Exception” section below.
This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Dissatisfaction with completed or ongoing work

Personal, financial, or business-related issues

Inability to use the service after purchase

Delays caused by the client (including failure to provide content, information, approvals, or feedback)

Cancellation requests made after payment confirmation

Changes in project scope or requirements requested by the client

Technical issues on the client’s side

Issues or delays caused by third-party services or platforms
A refund will be considered only under the following limited conditions:
A full refund may be issued only if all of the following criteria are met:
- Payment has been received, and
- Work on the project has not yet commenced, and
- The delay or non-commencement is entirely due to our organization, and not due to missing information, materials, approvals, or responses from the client
Commencement of work” refers to the actual execution of the project.
This does not include:

Planning discussions

Internal assessments

Administrative or onboarding processes
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exception above, please follow this process:
- Send a written refund request to hello@theapexsquare.com
- Include your order or invoice number
- Provide payment details
- Clearly explain why you believe you meet the exception criteria
We reserve the sole right to determine refund eligibility. All decisions are final.
- Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original payment date
- Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any condition
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days using the original payment method
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients.
